I took a break from coaching to pursue other passions, but I’m excited to be back! I am temporarily discounting my services to celebrate my relaunch.

I am available to meet in person at my office in Carlsbad, California, or virtually.

One-on-One Support

  • Individual Sessions – $150
  • 4 Session Package – $500 ($600 if purchased separately)

Four Session Package Includes:

    • Session 1: Discovery & Deep Dive
      • We’ll unpack where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. This is about exploring the big picture while identifying clear focus areas, but don’t worry, it’s never just talk with me. You’ll also leave with actionable steps.
    • Session 2: Clarifying the Vision
      • We’ll refine your goals, break them down into manageable pieces, and develop a plan that aligns with your values and priorities.
    • Session 3: Action & Momentum
      • We’ll address challenges, adjust your plan as needed, and ensure you’re building momentum in the areas that matter most.
    • Session 4: Reflection & Sustainability
      • We’ll review your progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and create strategies to maintain clarity and keep moving forward long after our time together ends.

Group Support

  • 4 Session Package – $200
    • Each group session includes a mix of teaching and guided group discussion.
    • This is a great option for individuals who are on a budget but still ready to move forward!
    • Topics include:
      • Identifying What’s Blocking Your Progress
      • Setting Priorities That Align With Your Values
      • Building an Actionable Roadmap
      • Staying on Track When Life Gets Messy

Optional Add-On: Voxer

  • What is Voxer?
    • Voxer is an encrypted voicemail/texting platform that provides you with ongoing, flexible access to me in between formal sessions or for maintenance purposes.  Simply leave a short message, and I will reply within 24 hours.
    • Voxer is intended for quick clarifications, accountability, or advice. It is not designed to replace a full coaching session.
  • Unlimited Voxer Support
    • During 4 Session Packages – $100/month
    • Standalone – $300/month (available only to clients who have completed at least 4 weeks of individual or group coaching)
